Stream Link is a platform that allows content creators ("streamers") to create a personalized schedule and landing page for their broadcasts across various platforms. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms").

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using our Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or that you are accessing the Services under the supervision of a parent or guardian. If you are using the Services on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

Stream Link provides a platform for streamers to create and manage their streaming schedule and related information (collectively referred to as "Services"). Our core services include:

  • Creation of personalized landing pages for streamers
  • Tools to publish and maintain streaming schedules
  • Email notification systems for schedule updates
  • Basic live status tracking across connected platforms
  • Other features as described on our website or in our documentation

4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

To access certain features of our Services, you may need to register for an account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. USER CONTENT

You retain all rights to content you submit, post, or display through our Services ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our Services.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the necessary rights to your User Content
  • Your User Content does not violate the rights of any third party
  • Your User Content complies with all applicable laws and regulations

6. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

Our Services integrate with third-party streaming platforms (such as Twitch) through OAuth authorization. By connecting your streaming platform accounts to our Services, you authorize us to:

  • Access your account information on those platforms
  • Make API requests on your behalf to retrieve channel and stream information
  • Monitor your streaming status to provide live updates on your Stream Link page

You acknowledge that:

  • Your use of third-party platforms is governed by their respective terms of service
  • We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or policies of third-party platforms
  • You can revoke our access to your third-party accounts at any time through those platforms' settings
  • Revoking access may limit or disable certain features of our Services

8. EARLY ACCESS / PUBLIC BETA

The current release of Stream Link is available as an early access or public beta version and is free to use. During this period, we may:

  • Add, modify, or remove features
  • Experience occasional service interruptions as we improve the platform
  • Collect user feedback to enhance the service

In the future, we may introduce subscription plans with additional features. Any changes to our pricing model will be communicated to users in advance, and you will have the opportunity to review the updated terms before deciding whether to continue using the Services.

9. CANCELLATION

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion, your profile and associated data will be removed according to our data retention policies outlined in the Privacy Policy.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The Services and all content and materials available through the Services, excluding User Content, are the property of Stream Link or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on our content without our express permission.

11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STREAM LINK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES
  • ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES
  • ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES
  • UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING OUR SERVICES DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE DATE OF THE CLAIM.

13. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Stream Link and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

14. TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Services, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

15. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised terms on our website. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

16. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

17. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (ACICA) in Australia. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the award shall be final and binding.

18. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.

19. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Stream Link regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
